It's not a matter of Cornyn being a racist, it's a matter of Sotomayor's statements and ruling which could be interpreted as HER being a racist. And it's about her obvious willingness to legislate from the bench, as evidenced by the firefighter's case, a decision that was wrong.

John Cornyn, Representative of the rabidly Bigoted and racist state of Texas. It just pukers his asshole to see a latina get nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court. However, he gets upstaged by the Sen. at his side Lindsey Graham. Lindsey's "STONED to THE BONE". His face looks like he just ran into a brick wall. I just wonder. Is it Marijuana or a Dr.'s Prescription? Either way he's three sheets to the wind.
