In the last change she has one hand on her dress then when he comes to throw the stuff over her she grabs it with the other hand. I would assume she is ripping the dress off (velcro) and letting it drop to the floor... if you look at the start the woman is really bulky...

Very true, but the changes are still VERY quick even with those tricks. I worked as a quick change costumer for a while and we never got them as quick as most of theirs. But yes, usually layers are the key.

I written about that woman and he hanging clothes only one time he have 2 suits on the start and then he just undressed but not like we undress every day, they have clothes which can be removed by one move, they are made using thinner thread. They removing it by themselves but look at 0:55 she holds that circle with both hands and look at him! he doing something on her back! :)

The last act - look at the hands and note where they are located. She is getting ready to strip the cloth. The last dress is obviously longer than the previous dress.

I watch this video numerous times, and I have no idea how it's done. I just cannot figure it out. The only logical thing I can conclude is that she somehow has all of the outfits on. The illusion at roughly 0:55 is the one that always gets me, you can SEE the dress change and you can see her hands in plain sight. Unbelievable.

Yes, thats the trick! There's a clasp on her lower back section. most of the time the illusionists were facing the audience. There is the part with the green dress turning into purple you can see the dress drop and her hands on the hoop, but before that the guy had his hand on her back. She also tried to fool the audience with the last act when her hands was up in front of her chest but if you look closer her hands ended in the back.
