You need Riku's Way to the Dawn mod, i will give it to you. Here: 21CEFCB0 00000069 (The code is in RAW format) it's for Pal version. (I suposse this is yours as well.

A Pal version is a european KHII, but the codes you need are these.

Goofy = Riku

Way to the dawn = Oblivion

You have to use only these two. And maybe you have an USA version, if so, these codes won't work.
