@chrissline77 because its set in D.C.....and charlie lives in D.C, and thats why he knows these people, because in case you didnt notice D.C is the most demographically black area in the US.......dont bleat on about stuff like this and playing the race card, its people like you that cause victims of racial hate crime and minorities faced with prejudice in the legal system and employment not to be taken seriously

@topgear100 ....Listen, I don't care that it's Washington D.C and there are lots of blacks. Charlie surely would know a diversity of people. His big, dumb friend could have just as easily have been a big dumb white football player. The kid did not have to be black. I'm tried of seeing racial stereotypes about underachieving black people.
