We mixed together some muriatic acid with drano and shook it and threw it. Burst like a grenade. Scared the fuck out of them, then we called the cops to make it look like they tried to blow up our rented condo.
Cops kindly took their asses to the drunk tank with a smile. Thank you west palm beach police department.

They are having fun. If the noise bothers you why don't you say something rather than recording it and putting it on the net so a load of other sad people in the same situation with no backbone can "sympathise" with you.

Most of them are unemployed bums who already have families of their own but have relatives abroad who send them money.
These guys are the scum of the earth, and are 99% of the time jobless, un-educated, welfare reliant yobs who are stuck in poverty for the rest of their lives, so natually they will love causing a hard working, honest persons life hell.
Report them to everyone possible, the police, the council, the landlord, try and get other neighbours to complain too, but the best advice? get out of there as soon as you can, do not confront them, they have too much time on their hands, and they'll target you.
If this is a house then you can call the cops and file noise complaints. Do it enough and record them with a camcorder enough times and you can actually take them to court for damages. Call the cops enough and they'll start to receive fines for DTP. I'm sure if making noise is costing them 1000 + in fines and small claims they'll stop soon enough.
