Many of the military service man/women who worked at Guantanamo Bay as those service persons were charged with not only following but carrying out UNLAWFUL ORDERS. Officers orders DO have to be questioned. The People's only legal remedy to recind such unconstitutional legislation is through the courts, and that is what just happened, despite the best efforts of the 4 uber-liberals of the SCOTUS.

This isn't something that came up "out of the blue" This discussion has been going on for a long, long time. It has been a consistant interpretation of the constitutional law that corporations cannot exert undue influence on our democratic elections. These judges are activists and corporatists.

Every soldier swears an oath to protect the constitution. Reminding soldiers and officers that this is more than words is a good thing. An order that violates the rights of any citizen should be ignored, and an organization that seeks to remind people of this isn't really doing any harm.
But I can see a problem arising if this group starts to sell political agendas and fearmongering to its members. "They told me Obama wasn't really a citizen, so I don't have to follow orders anymore."
