Nitrogen makes up 73% of the air we breathe. It's all around us all the time. It isn't dangerous. As for liquid nitrogen, the only worry is that it's quite cold. If you are careful not to keep your hand in it or pour it on yourself, then it is just fine. And if you take an ice cream recipe, and drop in the mixture, you have very nice instant ice cream. :-)

you have to order liquid nitrogen from your local hardware store or any online market. Heat it to exactly 136 degrees Celsius then proceed to squirt in the white liquid, a mixture of 2 parts baking soda to every 3 part seamen. Wait aprox 5 minutes then enjoy!
