This is a lot like, "Wanna go to bed?" at my house. Me: "Go to bed, B?" He runs to the bottom of the stairs and looks back like, "Really?  Serious? Don't mess with my emotions, Mom." Me again: "C'mon, to bed! Night night, Bailey!" He'll go partway up the the stairs, stop, look, wait.... "Go on up, night night big boy!" As soon as my foot touches that bottom stair he tears off like a demon out of hell for his pillows and blankets!! LOL I *LOVE* this video!!!!

My pit was found abandoned on a boat, so she hates water of ANY kind. Whenever I say bath, she runs in the other direction--that's what I thought Doyle was going to do at first. I wish that I had been able to make her correlate water with something that is good and fun!

I wish I could do that. I have a big mutt and in the summer I bathe him in my backyard. I have to actually put him on a leash while I bathe him or he runs away. And when he's in the bathtub. Oh God - _- the look on his face. So depressed. As if we're abusers and we beat him or something.

@DrewFace507943 : sorry it took so long to respond... He likes taking a bath because of the shower massage. The water shoots out, and he loves to bite at it. He just bites and bites and bites as we play. He tolerates the soaping up and rinsing, then we play some more. To Doyle, "bath" means "play." he loves water hoses and water guns, too.

@75dru - It's not about language, it's about training. He knows what I want when I make those sounds, and I reward him accordingly. (Communication is mostly non-verbal anyway.) Doyle will even sit with just a look...
