It's because a perspective drawing like this only works when viewed from 1 angle, silly. It's a 3-D effect on a 2-D surface, any angle other than the intended viewing angle will not work.

There is a permanent chalk. It's referred to as marking chalk. There was some college last year who had to make new chalk regulations because people were "chalking" things (like sidewalks) and they couldn't get it off.

if ur talking about the robot, then u obviously didnt get his 3-d chalk art. 3-d. were looking from a sort of aerial view, so yes, the feet would be smaller. thats what gives it the 3-d effect.
