Obama is serious about protecting all documentation of his life from everybody. Institutions in possession of sealed documents have been warned of death for offenders, as huge rewards have been offered for any hidden documents.

Well it's in the Constitution, Section 1 article 2. I believe it may also be discussed in the 14th amendment as well. And, you may want to look up the eligibility controversy surrounding Chester A. Arthur.

Like I said, I am not a "conspiracy nut" I take the man's word that he was born in the US, and is a citizen. I may not agree with him politically, but until actual, solid evidence is produced showing him not to be a citizen, than the whole "birther" thing remains a punchline.

Actually, it does disqualify one for the Presidency of The United States. Now, I am NOT a "birther", nor do I subscribe to any "conspiracy theory", but in order to be President you must be born on US soil, or US occupied territory i.e. a military base, and both parents must be US citizens, natural or naturalized. So, it does matter where he was born, personally, at this point, I don't care. It's time to move on!
