how come when i race mods the oppenets race like only 101 mph and i run normal and diffuculty is on 105%

For mods, you need to setup the AI to run on certain tracks. It's probably occuring because the track your using wasn't designed to run the mod.

Sorry it took so long. Painting cars for NASCAR Heat requires many diffrent programs to paint it and load it into the game.

The mods are from the NASCAR Heat Racing Leauge website.
