(Cont)All in All our issue is when a problem arises with your account at CitiFinancial(OneMainFinancial), they won’t know what happened and won’t know how or when it will get fixed, and the managers are too above you to call and give you reassurance that things will be fixed and taken care of. We had another loan from them that we transferred out for a MUCH LOWER interest rate because we don’t feel safe having a loan with a company that has AWFUL customer service.
