The vines are good dont get me wrong i love them but better than Nirvana I dont think so. Kurt Cobain was a much better songwriter. The Vines also started out as a Nirvana cover band before they started writing their own songgs

I know Nirvana came before with the whole ''Grunge-rock'' idea. But I think many Nirvana songs almost sound the same, The original line up of the Vines (highly evolved album) in my humble opinion, shows more diversity between songs than any Nirvana album. I'm not a cobain hater, I love both bands very much.
