I'm getting an error at 36 procent of the instalation:

Could not copy imported files to disc it says. Has somebody the same problam. Is it because i have an ipod nano 6th generation?

It will work perfectly until the point in which I have to restart the computer. I am using an iPod nano 3rd gen. It will just go back to Macintosh HD as the startup disk and the iPod starter won't work.
