I always liked the top 3 movies (and most of the rest too), but Pan's Labyrinth is EASILY better than the Top 3 ANYDAY.

Watch Pan's Labyrinth if you want... just be aware that it starts out with the most pointlessly violent scenes I've ever seen in a film. A man gets his face beat in with a broken bottle. This serves no purpose but to be disgusting to watch. The film goes downhill from there... the cool puppets can't save it.
