If they dont give points to the bottom player for coming on top, they ever guard player when on top could fake going for a foot lock just to regain guard no? Victor is awesome though and looked so comfortable in his guard :)

He never pulled rubber guard, mainly open guard but around 2:35 thru 3:25 he is kinda using a de la riva guard and spider guard at the same time.

no he got 2 points for a sweep , im not sure when but thats what was said in the commentary

I think he got 2 points for a sweep at 2.05, it looks like the judge is raising his hand during the seconds after even though you can´t see it clearly coz of the camera angle change...imo victor went for a submission and it shouldn´t count as a sweep!!

yeah, he got the points. if you go for a leg or footlock and your opponent comes out on top and defends it is considered conceding a sweep.
