Ok, let me try to rephrase the question. What chip are you running? A TS chip? Does your friend burn the files onto the chip? Does your friend actually use some of the available software to tune it himself or does he just get tunes from someone like Swamps, Innovative, Diesel Innovations and burn it on there? To get a choppy lopey idle you only need to jack up the ICP and increase the IPR duty cycle so I was wondering if that was intentional or.....
