Have seen a colouring in book that had colour photo of Sgt Bilko and love interest Joan. Also a Biko kids dress up set consisting of cap, and some other bits (sorry cannot remember) and a chequers typse puzzle game. The Bilko board game also came in a blue box which was the US edition.
