@godzio14 i might agree on exactly this case. this particular product looks like more of a toy. but vinyls are old technology, so are cdjs, now were in the pc era and we must move to stuff like serato or traktor.
Thats because you don't have a clue. Until you try going digital you should keep those type of opinions to yourself. I use Technics turntables and have spent years and a lot of money buying records. but i love the IDJ2 too, its cheap easy to use and portable... LOL@ YOU for your ignorance
just bought one know nothing about the dj thing i am a musician but am doing dj after my band finishes so this was recommended to me because its easy to use and i have all the music on a external dreive.what i would like to know is can you save a entire playlist using crate function do when its turned off and put back on again you can go straight to crate for your playlist thanks for helping me if your out there....
i dont think so man.. u have to make a playlist on your ipod before you put it on the idj or jst make a playlist or add songs to ur playlist while ur on the idj..bt easier if u do it on a comp..before..soo that way everythings ready for ur gig.. get me..? ..
Man, why does Numark insist on promoting it's products with chicks in bikinis or/and ones that obviously have no presentation skills??... Somebody shoot the marketing director - in fact, shoot all the marketing directors! :-)
i think u can hook up a usb. I think bc since its made for ipods, id imagine that u can use itunes. cause i saw my friend with this at a party and he brought his laptop too so im guessing yeah
It's actually a DJ mixer with an iPOD dock. There is no speaker built in. It can be connected to any stereo system using the RCA connections on the back. It also allows you to plug in USB hard drives or flash drives and play music off of them as well.
I don't like it.

@3ooood you're the best example for a headless apple fanboy!
built-in speakers in a dj-set haha xD
pls dont buy this shit and download professional dj-mixes to your ipod, thats the better way for you
and also stop thinking, it could overload your iBrain :)
