My wireless headset would only work on one of my controllers and that one broke so i try to use it on my other controller the mic always goes on player 2. I dnt get how to reset it so it can work on my new controller.

I swear, the wired ones completely suck.....They die off every month, and I've been finding myself wanting to buy this, but I only fear it won't fit...Or something...I mean, why couldn't this stuff be easier to connect with say..A USB mic that works on 360 and computer? This headset is a piece of poo. The charge time is significantly longer than the time you can use it, and you can't even talk while charging. Either both of the ones I got were faulty, or this is a proprietary, low grade, guarenteed shit stain.

i gone through so many of those standard mics the ones that come with the original xbox i think that ive been through 6 or 10 of them but i had turtle beach x1s so they broke too so i got another cheap ass mic that fucking clamps on to ur head like craps biting your ears for 6 to 7 hours

I have a really good idea for 360 mics, If Microsoft where to make a sweatband attached to the 360 Mic then it will stop most of the weak break points. I broke mine and put a Sweatband on my head and slid the mic between the gap and it worked. But i stepped on in 3 hours later and broke it :(

Guys, i need help, i got me a white wireless headset that i purchased a while back for my elite and its white. now i got the slim version and my headset won't work at all. I put in the charger and try to charge it and start but it won't work, not im my xbox, front or back, not in my comp. please anyone tell me whats wrong if you know. i forgot to mention, that i maybe need to wait untill its fully charged to start it dont i? i am trying to start it right away and that is maybe why. I have one of these...had it for about a year now...no problems at all.The quality is clearer and I can turn the volume up higher than the wired headset if needed.

Battery life is acctually very good ; But it's a pain when you're talking and it runs out occasionally.(Although they added beep sounds which tell you how much you have left :DDDD)

Turtle beach is awesome but if u don't get the wireless one (which cost like $200) an. U get the wired one ($60) then u will have wires all over the place. Not to mention it can be a little uncomfortable and I sometimes find it uncomfortable. There is also a spot on each side that breaks easily and u have to be insanely careful with it or it will break. (learned it the hard way) the mic he is talking about is better :)

dont buy this i got it for christmas and im already about to return it. it doesnt pick up sound very well and if u want it to u have to talk pretty loud. if u want a different microphone than the regular wired mic then buy either the turtle beach ear force x11 for $10 more. and if your using an hdmi cable u can buy a hdmi audio adapter that runs through your regular RCA red/white jacks

ok here is your problem this happend to me your controller is not compatible with your mic. you need to try another controller and see if that works. hope i helped! PS: Does the wireless mic give of raideation like cell phones do?

@DrsJacksonn I had that problem! what the problem is that your controller is telling your xbox that you have a head set plugged into it so the xbox tells the wireless one to switch players because player has a mic. another words it would be something wrong with the controller not the headset!
