@00honey000 I would use 'lost wax process'. Search for that on YouTube. What I would do is cast the button in wax,using silicone rubber mold. Then cast a ring base also in silicone mold (wax). Stick them together with a soldering iron and mount them on a sprue, invest it and cast. If you invest a little time, (pun intended), you will see what I mean.

@1990suzuki We get them from a company in Canada(AP Green). We sell them on our website (lifting shank included with crucible).

The powder is called "parting dust". It is a hydrophobic material , it repells moisture.
