this looks a lot worse than it is , if you play enough tennis your ligaments are extremely flexible , and won't get injured that bad , I actually have this on one of my uploaded videos and I continued playing trough the end , once it cooled own it hurted a bit lol.

I did that in a football match last season. Fucking caned for ages, but later on in the day it felt much better.
