The clip is from a movie made by Shiny films,they were also publishers of Shiny and Dressing for Pleasure magazine they no longer produce but I believe they still re issue some of their old titles as dvd compilations. Possibly their best known video release was a trilogy of films [short at about 30 minutes each part ] called Rubber Ghost, shot and directed for them by Jo Hammer and notable for its costumes and an attempt at a narative usually absent from this type of film , it starred Natalia
