I'm a girl, and I would like to point out that some of us do watch the show because we like the storyline. I refuse to watch a show, no matter how 'cute' the cast looks, if what the show is about is boring. I'm excited for thursday, I want to know what this 'brother' thing is really all about!
i never got into the show cause the actors were cute! i loved it for the whole storyline and the great, funny acting. them being cute is just a bonus.

I like to think that in this episode, Sam will be jealous coz Dean is kind of excited to have this new brother, well you know if he is normal and all not like Sam at all... And i like if the storyline needs Dean to choose who will he save first if both of his brother are in danger at the same time. Of course he will save Sam :-)
guys i heard that they might be ending supernatural at the end of season 5. Is that true????? This could be the beginning of the end. As many have stated in other forums i have a bad feeling about this...
Yes, when season 5 ends so does Supernatural or at least the one we've all been watching since 2005. Kripke and the boys say they are done. Kripke only ever had a 5 season arc planned. Jared and Jensen have both said they are ready to be done. Jensen said the CW would have to back up a Brinks truck to the door to get him to stay. Now, the CW could very well keep SPN around because it has turned into a cash cow for the network but I doubt if they do keep it that it will be "our" SPN.
they won't end up keeping the kid he could 1. john could have lied to him 2. he is there brother but dies or 3. he is there brother and is here to stay... but if they really wanted to give them another bro then they would have done it sooner! plus i can't see another whinchester brother it will always just be sam and dean to me but hey thats just my opinion! :)

Now, I get why Kripke went with the episode title "Jumping the Shark" he knows that they'd be nailed with that statement from viewers, so why not say it up front. I think Adam is their half-brother and I also know Adam will only be in this one episode, so my guess is he dies, but I know he's done after this episode whether he is alive or dead when the episode fades to black.

I hope not, that episode made me so sad. I mean it's hard because he had to ditch someone on christmas as he was keeping it a secret, but after everything Sam and Dean had been through so far, it just hurts to see him ditch them at a time when family is supposed to be together.
