I agree with sabred1978. The car was an iconic car in terms of desing. But not always all we have to agree. We have to understand this shape thinking about 80's standards and not nowadays standards to see its a work of art . For many people it will always be very pretty like the Parthenon of Athens in architecture

Unconvincing looks????? Are you serious??? This car was the most iconic car of the 80's, and the most famous Ferrari ever made due to that shape. It's beautiful and still looks great after 20 years! And if you honestly believe that the 512M was cosmetically an improvement you dont know what your talking about as it was ugly.

The 348 and F355 refined the shape, this was too boxy and big.

Well the Testarossa styling was honestly unconvincing,at least...

M 512 had some cosmetic improvements,but that was the body...unhappy job this time for great Pininfarina coachmaker.
