Very well Done , you have some really good points , all this sociaty needs is someone to turn your ideas into a active working system, but first by deminsting the idea of downloading, and replacing it with a new system, Without having piracy involved!
Consumers are owed some kick-back. It's rediculous to me that you could spend $20-$60 on a blue ray copy of something only to have it get scratched, and be out a luck. If the media providers really wanted to win over the hearts of the consumers, media would be accessed through their website, and a digital receipt would be issued, giving the customer rights to view the content for as long as they wanted to pay for. Piracy cannot be stopped. There are few things so absolute. Comprimise must be met
