I am about to buy the exact mp4 player that you have, but the pictures of the one I'm about to buy shows a menu that is much different than yours. It doesn't have the bar at the bottom and it doesn't have a lot of the icons that yours has. Can you please help me? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Sorry to hear that, mp4 players have different versions. this one has an anyka chip. You know what, ask your seller about that and tell him your problem maybe he can help you, he should help you with that.

copy and paste the song or video, no extra software needed. navigation button is for main menu and volume buttons instead of using the touch screen as an alternative.

It will be ship tomorrow at 3pm after my job. It is shipped via USPS Priority Mail so most probably 2-3 days varies on your location. About adding music, just copy and paste, no extra software like itunes required but for the video, avi converter is required and is already included on the CD.
