It's kind of getting old to always bring up twilight now whenever vampires are shown. Declaring you hate it or love it, just means you're bringing up Twilight in the topic. I love the shit out of True Blood but I don't go mentioning it every time a Vamp or Wolf shows up.
One of the alternate endings for 28 days later called for a total transusion, but they scrapped it as there was of course no way to do it since each drop of new blood would be contaminated by the old.

Twiliight is mostly about an emo-craddle robber, a hot psychotic possesive girl and unable to deal with the reality of being mortal.
