  • real world is different..... one is rarely that close .....I would say running is a better defense, before a shooter lets one round off you'll make at least 5 meters, if he shoots you once he may only wound you and not hit a vital organ or artery. If you make it 15 to 20 meters his accuracy goes down with small handguns. watch?v=UtDuTikABEY&feature=fvwrel

  • This guy needs to train in karav maga, seriously.

  • krav maga... waaay better more effective and easier to acomplish

  • I kick head. Head turns and I step this way. I disarm. In real time. Gun in face. Take is wallet and phone

  • Bushido ? japanese military codex

  • he holds his hands to wide and open. the agressor will see this and react before he has reached the gun. also he doesn't take the gun from the attackers hand during the entire technique, so the defender will never be in total control of the weapon in this technique and that can be a very dangerous thing

  • @dylan070able look very well and OPEN YOUR EYES WIDE the gun was facing the attacker himself throughout the entire defense lesson so he cant shoot himself thats why i guess the defender didnt bother first wrestling the gun away from him cos the gun did not endangered him

  • but hte problum is that the gun wills hoot while your hand is on the slide and when it cloeses it will hurt like hell and then the guy will just shoot u

  • I think your better off to do what he says or urmm else....

  • tmai

  • this one requires enough courage and practice to execute effectively...

  • in fast motion...the move is effective

  • better hope u gettin robbed by a turtle..

  • this is really.... crappie....

  • i tried this technique but then i got shot..... thanks expert village you made it happen

  • im a teatcher in selfe defence, and i whould not go with that move, the gun could go off by the presshure of his finger

  • Not wise for the attacker or the victim. Depending on the gun, the gun may go off during this maneuver since the attacker's finger is always on it.

  • similar to krav magar but krav maga is a mixture of so many things

  • Pretty gutsy doing that demo outside in the real world. I kept thinking a cop was going to cut loose on you.

  • lol wut

would this be before or after he shot you in the face?

  • @Googlystube its take about .088 sec for the brain to visualize his head is moving. It then takes an additional .016-.076 sec for the brain to tell the finger to squeeze the trigger. It takes the average shooter 0.10 sec to completely pull a trigger. Once the trigger has been pulled, the hammer is released which smashes the percussion cap in less than a quarter of a sec (0.15). After the hammer hits, the shot is almost instantaneous.

The gun is no longer at his face before the hammer drops

  • Im not trying to insult your method, but I think you should first explain at the beginning of your demonstration video that in a hold up situation the first thing you should do is give the robber your money/wallet or whatever it is they want. It's not worth getting killed over. Then if they continue threatening you then you take the action of self defense you are demonstrating in this video.

  • he forgot the kick in real time haha

  • IN SOME POINT WITH THIS ATTACK ON HIS FINGER AND ROTATING THE GUN EVERYWHERE I SWEAR HE WOULD PULL THE TRIGER AND SHOOT A COUPLE TIMES

  • u should have tilted the gun side ways if u kno wht i mean

  • EVERYTIME YOU MOVE PUSH THE GUN TOWARD HIM SO HE CAN GET SHOT

  • @DippNDots Yeah, that'll do

  • can't believe these idiots did this out in public view, even though it's a fake gun. cops are pretty retarded, and are likely to shoot.

  • That's actually a very solid technique in theory and training practice. It'll definitely work unless you panic in a actual gun attack like the one demonstrated and forget how to execute the defense.

  • Here's a tip for women. Keep a gun in your purse, so when muggers come you can "get your wallet" =)

  • @AfthartosVideos Problem is is that often times they just ask for the purse

  • That is freakin cool

  • if forgot the kick at the in

  • Yall just take the info in and drill your own selves. I'm not in agreement on this one, still I'm not going to piss on it either.

Hey monkey, if you are using two hands and you take half of your base to move by trying to kick someone in the nads .... man you are an idiot. You control yourself, control the weapon, control the person.

Bama, it is easier than what this man is proposing. Don't piss on him, he's trying to teach others.

  • he didn't kicked his head when it was ''real time''. Noticed? xD.

  • Awesomeness..

  • It's true that the closest you are to the gun, the easiest it is for you to avoid it and try to knock the guy down, but the way he made it was too complicated. What about a great kick in the balls while you rotate and hold the gun ? It's better in 95 % of cases in my opinion, and you don't need to train to do it, it's a natural move. Kids can kick in balls since 3 years old.

  • Way to complicated. Unless your trained in some form of martial arts already your going to get shot. Everyone thinks it would be this easy in real life but taking a gun is completely different when you try it with a person who isn't static.

  • i bet all those dislikes r from people who got shot doing this

  • Lol, having a black man with somewhat of a chinese accent teaching martial arts. Hell yeah.

  • this one is better /watch?v=eM6Bpz6-dio

  • i like the way that he just squeezes the dudes finger into the trigger >.>

  • He should have used the I live that way move....lol

  • what the hell does this have to do with bushido? Bushido is a code of life the samurai live by, this is just karate

  • @Geistmeister6 Bushido means literally the way of the warrior. Bushido was the code the samurai were supposed to live by, now it's taken to mean japanese martial arts (judo, ju jitsu, karate, kendo, aikido etc). These sorts of techniques are found all across the board of japanese martial arts, so just calling it bushido is fine, since this guy is an aikido expert, whereas you may still find the move in other martial arts such as karate.

  • did i house your shit on a train...lol

  • Comment removed

  • "Gun in your face. Bad problem" yeah no shit Sherlock.

  • wow great move i could see from the time you grabbed the weapon it was pointed back at him with his own finger in the trigger guard an should he shoot himself while doin that front flip its his own doing lol ps. keep up the cool vids guys

  • At 0:34 did I just hear someone say "shit"?

  • @RFT15ify Why did it make you cry?

  • @BinkiMaus1 I was just asking don't be such a fucking ass

  • @RFT15ify I didn´t realise I was a "fucking ass" I was only wondering because a child would ask that, and might cry, because it could be a scary word :)

  • @BinkiMaus1 AND your comment is something to "LOL" at.

Bad words doesn't make me cry, they make me LAUGH.

  • 0:40 u will chop off ur own fingers :D

  • how to defend against a serious guy with a gun???... u don't cuz ur already dead...

  • Nice

  • I like this video, but If you coul yo add more disarmed gun videos, I agree to you.

    Thaks

  • i have a question in the time that you 'rotate' your head to the side, surely the attacker will have enough time to pull the trigger?! you could get shot.

  • @channelin when u put ur hands up i belive it makes the attacker feel more confident and will not expect u to do enything, and u would moove ur head with ur arms so quick....

plus with a knife or gun attack u are risking getting cut or shot its a choice u will make in the split second of him pulling the knife or gun on you.

  • @channelin

Changing from a 100% risk of getting a bullet in your head and the minor risk of let's say 80% getting it in your ear or shoulder....I'd say easy mathematics^^

as far as I know there are some good shoulder prosthesis on the market, and plastical surgery can do a lot for missing ears^^

The only thing I dont like is that at 0:43 if the gun is unlocked you will shoot him and get yourself a bourned hand and 1 or 2 broken fingers.

  • When you are a single men, and havn´t to tink to another people, family principly............is ok

  • this is cool

  • amazing how people like to commit sucide and post it on youtube but if he thinks the locks would work...good luck to him!

  • reminds me of teakwondo self defence from gun except with some extra moves

  • i would first just give up what he asks for (unless he wants my ass nohomo) but in gang territory like where i stay, this will def work!!! cause they just wanna kill people period. with that being said. the black guy forgot the last move......the headshot after you take his gun for fucking around!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yeah, I,I,I wouldnt mess with this dude LOL

  • this guy sucks..

  • That looks amazing. You right about one thing though. You don't need a gun at short range. You could easily just use your fists. Also,a bullet delivers more damage on impact if shot from a longer distance.

  • I love how everybody in New York just goes about their everyday business, whilst in perfect view is a man pointing a gun to sombodys head. Im not ripping on New Yorkers, I just think it bizarre.

  • 0:18 hahahah Bad problem...For him! hahahahah

  • this is so funny shit hahaha!!

  • what do you do when the gun discharges while you are using the trigger guard to lock his finger?

  • @MrBigdaddy8

    true lol

  • I dont think you need to do much more after you break the finger, just yank it

  • Im 13 and my life is in danger (no joke) and i getting sarced and worried

  • @SuperMrGaylord really? gee I wonder... maybe the hint is in your username...

  • @kidcoolfresh No because he don't want me fi

  • 0:10 some advanced bullshitto technique lol

  • Sorry, but I don't understand the part where the helper rolls, because obviously the attacker isn't going to do that. Do you just snap the gun out of their hand?

  • Id just give the shit

  • @paintballx2008x I think these techniques are for if the shooter takes your stuff after you give it to them but they wont take the gun out of your face?

  • I don't reccommend practing gun techinques in the middle of a allayway in public cause people might call the police cause they think u were getting robbed

  • @iDropShot856 But they have cameras taping this so people would know its not real

  • @NightBlade44 yes but he had the gun pointing at the attacker so the attacker would be shot

  • if you really have no exit try this - it's better then taking a bullet in the head...

example : 1. guy says " give me money " you simply give him. 2. guy appears from nowhere saying no word points gun to your head and coming closer - that's situation where you can see that he is meant to kill you(but in most cases you will be aimed 5 meters away) , and it's better to try anything then to stand still ...

  • @xXajdinXx That would really suck if that happened during when you try to get back to your house to get your wallet cuz you forgot it, and the shooter asks for money...

  • when you snap his figure, it looks like it would make the gun go off, it this true?

  • @Nightblade44 yes look at the krav maga one its better

  • Sehr gutes Muisik Video aber hört doch bitte auf eure wertvolle Tageszeit mit solchen gleichen Musikvideos zu verschwenden! • I'm in the Marine. His technique is correct. Except that we turn the gun towards the enemy in case the enemy pulls the trigger and shoots himself. Then we disarm, and kill our enemy. deadly force. practice, practice, practice

  • ya try that jackie shit with me and ill shot u in the face bitch

  • fancy jam of hands. the trapping on a semi automatic pistol. capable of a hair trigger. just grabbing that. uhmmm no way on a supersonic bullet on a mechanised slide at lightning speed to recoil in your hand. How about a draw back on the gun on snapping that finger and injuring both. The blast alone will blind you for life, hearing gone too.

Fancy roll on a reverse hands grip on a deadly weapon?

At close distanceAikido wrist control, redirect trap roll. Control after both. secure gun:D

  • You forgot to kid the face!!

  • I love this. This is how to defend yourself from a gunman. Notice, i am an expert, and everyone watching this isn't, so you won't be able to do it and benefit from this . So you'll most likely be shot in the head, but i won't be.

  • @MrKoffeeKup some martail artists come to these videos to review other styles techniques such as gun defense. if you are making a generalization that you are an expert and every one else isn't then you don't deserve to learn any kind of martial arts. its that cockyness that will get you beat up and possibly killed. don't be a bully. if you want to test your professionalness then enter a tournament instead of browsing around on youtube. have a nice day :D.

  • @Jonathontheone u r so right!!

  • @martialartist1089 some people just have an attitude. my freshmen year some kid jumped me for no reason i guess because he thought i wouldn't do nothing as i always ignore people when they "bully me". he is supposedly the best fighter in the school. nothing a palm fist to the face couldn't fix lol. and my school counted it as open hand self defense and i didn't get suspended. ignorant people.

  • @Jonathontheone i can relate to that except i had to prove it was self defence to the principle and the co-ordinaters as, even though there were 3 classes who witnessed, it was self defence.

  • How do you defend against LAPD if they shoot you when you have their backs towards them?

  • Not only it's ridiculous to think that you could apply such a technique in a real situation but its really dangerous and stupid to practice in the street with a realistic looking gun.If a cop or a CCW holder comes by he will shoot at the guy holding the gun.Dont do that outside people.

  • @JoeDurobot They probably notified the police before doing this....

  • @hunterxxy I dont think they call the police anytime they go in the street to train.

Plus they didnt notified every single CCW holder in the city to tell them not to shoot if they see a guy pointing a gun on someone's face.

  • Bushido Brown!!!

  • LOL

  • what if the guy has aimbot and shoots you with incredible aim while moving .0.0

  • @WillingToPooNvm O_o you have no idea how many people i know who woudl say that on this video. o_O but good question.

  • ahha i love the way he talks =L ( like we're some kinda retard that doesnt really understand english )

  • whoa those moves are awesome. Hehe. :p I want to learn this because around my area there are too many crazy ppl. I can't move because I'm only 15 and my parents are not going to move until I get to college. -.-

  • cont: Second concept, if you are in a situation where you can't run, and have to try to take the weapon, move off line, and seize the weapon WITH BOTH HANDS. Using your whole body in a fast, violent motion, twist the weapon away. If you don't succed in the disarm, you have at least surprised him, and off balanced him; you can go with a strong attack consisting of multiple strikes to the head, nose eyes and/or throat.

  • Disarms of this sort look great in demos, and are good if you have years of practice. If you actually have the balls to try to fight off a gun attacker, there are easier ways, that don't take forever to learn. Basic concept: move yourself to the side or behind your opponent. Attack his head and neck, or try to off balance him. Kick and stomp the head, or run if you can.

  • @Cab0408 well it's not the only technique on gun defense that he teaches. he has much simpler ones too

  • what if he accidentally hits the trigger while your twisting his rist and such

  • shit , brother is juss go miss his hand at some point where all this is real in NY , "snap the air" n get a hole in his mouf

  • i like this one

  • thats the most effective way ive seen from ll the videos so far and it looks sick too lol

  • thanks mate, is there anyway to practice this technique? same with the knife disarming technique?

  • I would add side movement when grabbing the gun in order to get out of the line of fire.

  • u can hear ppl whispering in background

  • This might save my life one day

  • Awesome!!... lol what about the other arm??.. ah yeah its supossoed to be quick!

  • dude you're a beast

  • he forgot to kick!!!!

  • i would be crapping myself if somone was pointing a gun at me

  • well i don't wanna discuss how much skilled is the master but surely he didn't ask himself how a gun works.

the technic can maybe work in a "so close" situation.. but the only thing you don't wanna do is risk that a shot will be fired. that technic will fire a shot on 90% of times, just because you force the finger in the right direction to fire.

now when the gun shoots the barrel will recoil and your hand will get a strike for that. simple to imagine, you will release it.

  • i think this is too complicated there are more easier methods

  • A distraction would probably be the best chance at giving you the lag in attacker's reaction time needed for you to greatly increase chance of success with this kind of maneuver. Very interesting though.

  • WTF..its more complicated than that..Legal issues, what to do afterwards..Blah blah blah, best advice is 'Avoid confrontation if possible'...

  • How exactly are you held accountable for self defense? You have every right to act with deadly force when faced with it in the first place. This is the same reason a police officer has the right to shoot you if you present immediate danger to society. Though if you brutally murder them, with excessive force then you would have to worry about legal issues. Personally I would kill a man pointing a gun at me.

  • I have trained in Hapkido over 30 years and I would not even attempt this technique in a combat stress situation. You can control your stress level reaction with practice but the variables involved in this scenario lends itself more to basic gross motor movement technique, shake and break etc. and yes I have seen major combat in real life

  • How do you defend against a guy who knows how to hold a gun correctly, like a cop would.

  • Красиво. Понравилось.

  • All these videos so some retard with a gun less than a foot away. In real life the guy with a gun is at least smart enogh to stand back 5 to 10 yards. Just not realistic unless in movies. So what is the purpose????

  • No weapon is "easy" to defend against.

  • some robbers get their thrills in taking lives so sometimes just giving up your wallet isnt enough for them.anyone agree?

  • Have you ever tried to knock somebody out with a punch to the neck? Try it sometime. Yes, the person is trying to use the gun for intimidation, the moment you show aggression and threaten them, you become a threat and that gun can quickly become something much worse than an intimidation tool. I'm not saying gun disarms are impossible, I'm just saying that they are very very risky even for a trained professional. Don't lose your life for your car or wallet.

  • moral of the story? don't fight this guy :D woah nice moves ;) he's always so fast ;) reliable

  • Spectacular maneuver, if you want to risk firing the weapon out of battery, with your hand over the ejection port.

  • Good technique for those who already have basic knowledge in Aikido. But nothing for beginners!

  • move around weapon, push away, draw your sidearm and pull until there is no threat.

  • They need to show more simple techniques, That is pretty but too damn complicated. Check out my gun defense video, they are much simpler and yet very effective.

  • Look at the title buddy, it says: Advanced Bushido, its techniques for those who already have basic knowlidge in Aikido. If you are not advanced enough to understand this then go and wach something else!

  • this is stupid - nobody would be calm and collected enough to even try this if faced with a real gun , its all good practising with a friend but if it were a real situation i think i'd rather lose my wallet than my life

  • yes but what if its your life they ultimately want. You have one chance, use it. Practice for when something like this happens. check out my gun video

  • If everyone stood up for themselves, no one would ever think about holding someone at gunpoint. The first move of any disarm is redirection of the barrel, by that point nothing they do can ultimately lead to your death with this gun. The best time to execute any redirection/disarment is during communication and immediately, then there will be no flinch action fast enough for the attacker to respond. Any bullet fired will be well after redirection. Any trained gunman wouldn't go point blank.

  • By the way, there are easier disarm methods on youtube. Look up "How do disarm a gunman" and you will find a bunch.

This is not a stupid video either, anyone who spent the time to execute each move properly could be calm and collected enough to try this faced with a real gun. Anyone who has had experience with martial arts could learn to execute these actions as pure reflex. It's all programming of the mind, and preparing for the worst. If someone held a gun on me point blank, they'd be sorry

  • This guy is for real! Just look at him when he does it fast, remarkable good!

  • it takes practice

  • Its all about shift and move

  • Awesome! But of course easier said than done!

  • This might be the most ill conceived gun disarm I have ever seen.

  • how come?

  • Because human reaction time is faster than he moves. It is too complicated and it involves a throw. It is far too fancy to be an efficient gun disarm. Too many steps and too many opportunities to mess up and get yourself killed. Teaching like this leads to people being killed because it gives them confidence in flawed technique and makes them react defensively when they should be surrendering their wallet. Violence should always be the last option. Always give a robber what they want.

  • But if you give the robber what you want you lose your possessions that sucks. I rather go out with a fight this guy is genius!

  • Would you rather lose your possessions or your life? Guns are no joke, they can fucking kill you. This is something most people don't seem to grasp. Unless you are going to be murdered by the robber, then give him what he wants and leave it at that. Money can be made again, credit cards can be cancelled. You can get a new car but you can never get a new life.

  • whats the best video on youtube real about gun disarment?

  • No legitimate self defense expert or matial artist would ever advocate the use of violence as anything but a last line of defense and I will always stand by my opinion that the best gun disarm are your words and compliance.

The other expertvillage video with the Krav Maga gun disarm is better but still there is no such thing as a safe or perfect gun disarm.

  • No one should ever surrender, fear of death is no way to live a life.

  • Someday you're gonna try this in real life and you're going to get shot in the face.

  • I personally don't like this method because of how intricate it is. However, some day I may be faced with this and I won't try I will execute a disarment. A gun at point blank is fairly easy to disarm your opponent without being shot. Their reaction time won't nearly be fast enough by the time its not pointed at you anymore. Go ahead, try it with a friend with something safe and even though he KNOWS what your doing he wont be able to react fast enough.

  • In practice it may be easy. However, in a tense situation like that, neither you nor your attacker are going to be doing anything the way you are trained. You are trained under ideal situations and until you have experienced the stress and pressure of this situation, you will never know how you will react. Even if you do react if you doubt or hold back for a second or telegraph your disarm in any way, chances are you will be killed.

  • You obviously have absolutely no training or study in martial arts nuncrusher, and I mean that in no regard to fighting or defense. I mean that in the sense of controlling your emotions, fears, thoughts, and actions. Faced with a tense situation, I would not be tense no matter what it is. Your'e littering up the comment section with rubbish telling everyone to give in. You go ahead and loose a wallet and your dignity, i'll go ahead and take my chances with life, its the only way to actually live

  • Martial Arts also teaches you humility, control and discipline, you lack all three. There's a difference between being courageous and being stupid. I'm also not telling everybody to give in. You should only give in if your life is not threatened. You have no greater possession than your life. Losing that as opposed to a couple of dollars and your wallet is simply foolish. Also, I have been practicing martial arts for 14 years.

  • A gun pointed to your face is threatening your life, and everyone around you. Theres nothing to say he wont shoot you after you give him your wallet. Just recently a mans shooting spree came to an end when a citiczen disarmed him, the world needs more people like this. I lack no humanity, control, or disipline. My life is my greatest posession, but my life wouldnt be one if I didn't have a choice. I choose not to live in fear, for fear is the most dangerous threat we face today...

  • Most robbers do not want to kill you, 99.9% of robberies result in no physical harm to the victim. They will take your money and leave, there is no reason for them to kill you. There's a huge difference between a robbery and a shooting spree. If there is a shooting spree going on, then you should do something about it. It is each individual's responsibility to protect each other. Also, if you're going to take on a gunman... Bring a gun. Or at least a knife. Hopefully a gun.

  • "Faced with a tense situation, I would not be tense no matter what it is."-DMTFroggy

That may one of the most ignorant comments I've ever read. It is physiologically impossible to stop the brain's natural neuro-chemical responses to stress. To willingly choose to endanger your life is moronic.

  • @lowkickr1 not if u are a sociopath

  • Perhaps, but we're talking about the other 99 percent of the population, and these techniques will likely fail you. Much too may fine motor movements, too much to try and remember, just not a good idea.

  • Wow. Why would he NOT shoot you in the head from that distance? And are you even aware what Bushido means? Hint: its NOT a Martial art!

    This video is insane!
