If the Florida result had been overturned, the election would have gone to the House, where each state's delegation would have had one vote. The House at the time, by state, was 27-23 Republican. @generalbullmoose The House only decides if no candidate wins an absolute majority of the electoral college, which can only happen if minor contestants take enough EV from the dominant two. If Florida's recount favored Gore, and the Supreme Court upheld it (or if SCOTUS ordered a full recount, and if it favored Gore), then its 25 EV would have put Gore over 270.
and now there saying we tried using fraud! but watever we won big time and they cudnt get enough vting machines to not work and dimples not being counted this time!! mwahahah
All I can say is boy did we dodge a bullet with that election. Had Gore been able to steal it we would be paying $10/gal and having to learn Arabic.
