  • Wow, nice job. That equipment looks so similar but so different from the Combat Engineer equipment when I served in the mid 70's. We had loaded are Battalion onto a train for transport to Florida from Fort Polk... Nice looking stuff and great choice of locations for filming.

  • Great video! Love the locations and shots!

  • Nice one! I hope BNSF will run a few of them Military trains (H-KCKDEN).

  • The Fort Polk, LA, to Fort Carson, CO, train did pick a switch and derailed three cars (two jack knifed) near the highway 115 overpass Thanksgiving morning, November 24, 2011 about 9:00 AM. Glad you nailed some early morning video - love your tripod - only way to shoot video! I wish you well with your future military career.

What make and model video do U use?

  • WOW. It is very rare to catch a train like this one. But I feel afraid of getting caught by military police if I were filming a similar train.

  • Looks like combat engineers to me also.

  • Very nice video! You got some really cool and unique shots here.

  • good job Carlos. I wonder if some of the manifest was involved in that wreck yesterday

  • Looked like a combat engineer outfit.

  • More than excellent, incredible!!!

  • I saw some tanks on a BNSF manifest once at Palmer Lake, but I've never seen a full military train. Nice!
