If this is indeed the Qinling Mountains, this video was probably taken from somewhere around Zhangwang Qucun, which is about 15 miles North of the mountains. The 'Nuclear' facility, if it is the one identified on Google Earth, would be about 30 miles North of the camera position. If the range is right, I doubt that it would be a simple case of a power substation fire, which can produce similar blue colored fires. This 'fire' would be way too large! Maybe they had a nuclear 'incident'.

If it is a plasma it got to be pretty damn hot to be that bright to that camera at that distance.

From what I can observe from my preliminary analysis, it seems to be a very hot plasma glowing in the distance or a very bright hot light source in the distance.

Brightness or luminosity is measure in Watts, so to be that bright 10 to 100s of Giga Watts of power have to be being emitted, if it's a ionize gas florescent plasma.

If it's not a plasma, then I don't know what the hell it is. ;-)

You don't see blue fire flame colors, u only see blue flame colors on the lower portion of gas stove isles, when the amount of soot decreases.
