very good catch! well done with the branch for distance reference. i have seen the exact same thing hovering over Vancouver BC Canada, on two separate occasions. Once floating over Lions Bay near the cargo shipping docks. The second i was sitting in a parking lot waiting for a friend when i noticed some seagulls squabbling in flight, just then far up above the birds i spotted a slow moving disk i remember how the sunlight reflected off of it as it wobbled almost stationary. awesome.
Notice it only moves when the camera does.
