"Oh take off your thristy boots & stay for awhile. Maybe I can make you laugh, maybe I can try."
Short version. Beautiful! JD's mind was working always on the next day/future. Writing.
His mind NEVER stopped, best I can tell. He has left us with a wealth of heart, soul & mind. His gift to us. So when do we group & sign up for HIS concerns?? I've signed up, have YOU? Can sign up, locally, pls. do! Give your time. GO forward!
Nice cover of Eric Andersen's classic song. I'll always remember I was flying home from San Francisco( went up there to see my Rams play the Forty Whiners). I shed a tear when I heard about the plane crash that took his life. I always liked John Denver; I saw him once at the Grrek Theatre here in LA.
You got some very serious underlying and thought provoking ideas going on there Catbrush. The use of a simple looking video is great. Hey love the Puss..
I also didn't know John Denver recorded this song so this is like a beautiful gift. I miss him so much. RIP dear John.

Beautiful song, lovingly performed by John Denver. I also admire Judy Collins' version. Thanks for posting.
