I still remember where I was when I heard of his passing. I was driving my car and the news channel announced his passing. I had to pull over and started to cry. I loved the music of Del Shannon. I felt I lost a friend. Your song Runaway will always be my favorite.  It was the song that I started to like rock and roll. RIP my friend. You're #1 in my book.

Apparently its clinical depression that kills you. I know a person who has severe clinical depression and its really hard for him and his family. Have a read about Prozak on the net! as Del was allegedly taking Prozak just before he died. RIP Great singer and song writer
