  • @ninetailschris Do you drink alcohol or smoke tobacco? If the answer is no, why not? I mean, it's legal right?

  • (part 3) a lot of the money generated from the drug trade is in return fueling the drug laws and special interest groups who run this corrupt country. its a sad fact. why else do you think the government has such a hard time (or desire) to change at least marijuana laws? they have been indoctrinated and brain washed about pot and know its easier to keep it illegal and have the status quo remain the same in the country.

  • (part 2), because they know marijuana was a threat to competition to the timbre industry years ago and is a threat to the pharmaceutical company now; and lastly because the government makes a lot more money through money laundering and sales of drugs when they are illegal rather than legal. it is extremely common to find correctional officers selling dope within prison, or bad cops who are bribed or a part of the trafficking themselves. you will find CIA people distributing drugs themselves.

  • this is what legalization promotes: harm reduction, as it takes the criminal element away from drugs; the ability to tax the substance and recirculate the money back into our economy instead of it getting lost to other countries (ie Mexican drug cartels); instead of incarcerating people for drugs, we could be spending money for treatment and awareness. why they don't want drugs like weed legalized? because the privatized prison system makes billions for overcrowding prisons (part 1)

  • DRUGS ARE BAD EVEN WEED NUF SAID

  • @Thez0mb13s1ay3r you're an idiot. enough said, potatoes will harm you more than cannabis....bet ya didn't know that ya unscientific bastard

  • @TheGrowisland

Indeed. Potatoes contain glycoalkaloids which are toxic to the body. "Glycoalkaloids may cause headaches, diarrhea, cramps, and in severe cases coma and death" - Wikipedia

  • @Thez0mb13s1ay3r

the only thing bad about weed is that people inhale carcinogens and tar from smoking it traditional ways (rolled up in paper or through a pipe). That being said, these toxins aren't enough to kill anyone, so we can deduce that it mustn't cause cancer or emphysema...and guess what...it doesn't. The only thing bad about weed is inhaling smoke...but that's because it's smoke. Smoking ANYTHING is bad. Consume the drug the right way and there is no risk to health.

  • @Thez0mb13s1ay3r you are clearly clueless.

  • The real reason why we have this so called War on Drugs is because illegal drugs bring in much money and our Govt can use the drug trade to raise money for many of our illegal operations that we do around the world and pay-off drug/warlords to do our bidding when we want something done in their country. Much of this revolves around our clandestine wars that we sponsor. Much of this is or would be considered illegal so we can get around funding from Congress and raise money from drugs to do shit.

  • @nagone11 so true that it sickens me. one of the best examples is how the CIA distribute crack cocaine in the inner cities of places like Los Angeles just to fuel the Iran-Contra War. it's far easier to get funding illegally due to the fact there are no taxes and the money doesn't have to be documented. the CIA, its own entity basically, does whatever the hell they want, even if that means to increase street violence and gang activity in our homeland for the sake of a foreign country.

  • Caffeine is the #1 drugs used. most of the population is addicted and does not realize it. they start kids on sugar, then move them to caffeine, where they stay for most of their lives.

  • @AndrewKH85 this whole "drug free america" propaganda is straight up bullcrap. the government and pharmaceutical companies know people run on drugs. like you stated, they want you on sugar, energy drinks, and caffeine to be more productive at work; they want you take prescribed medications to help that leak from your nose to move to your ass as a side effect; they would rather have the firearms, alcohol, and tobacco committee demonize weed because they know it's much safer and effective.

  • You have to be kidding me so keep it illegal and create an underground trade give criminals another thing to make profit off spend millions on trying to stop a problem you can't or legalize it let the goverment regulate it make money to spend on helping people get off it and take away a massive money maker for the criminal underworld

  • Should point out that alcohol has increased a lot compared to before and more kids drink alcohol then any point in our history. If you legalize anything don't think you won't make worst.

Look at the number one drugs used? Alcohol and Cigs.

    Legalizing makes things worst.

  • The war on drugs isn't a failure. It does what it is suppose to do. The war on drugs isn't about stopping drug use. You would have to be crazy to think you could stop something humans have been doing since the dawn of man.

It's about finding ways to keep people locked up. Especially minorities. Drug laws have long been used as a backdoor way of locking up ethnic populations in America. Not allowing federal aid for students accused of possession. It's just a way to keep people down.

  • @Ladiestreat Word. its like "Hey I'm running for president, and never went to jail for doing my drugs". But if Joe Decent gets caught talking about drugs, his life and financial situation is automatically ruined.

  • Get rid of Prohibition...just like they did with Alcohol....

  • I would rather my kids go to a party where they are smoking, well here in NZ, than to a party with alcohol...

  • Alcohol is continually the cause of road accidents, domestic abuse, child abuse...all kinds of criminal activities..yet we can ADVERTISE THE USE OF ALCOHOL>>>>GOVERNMENT LAWS ARE FUCKED!!!

  • there never has been a war on drugs the goverment turn a blind eye to drug use in poor communities as it kepste "minoritys" quiet therefore preventin a rise against the goverments

  • Hypocrisy is America's greatest luxury (self indulging sin).

The War on Drugs has been used to justify the militarization of Policing across the Nation which has been furthered under the War on Terror.

As well, it maintains a steady stream of people for the US Prison Industrial Complex where we (citizens) are a commodity used for profit.

Crack cocaine is a WMD in America's poorer communities causing death & despair while giving Law & Order Politicians a very deceptive forum to stand upon.

  • I see that there is a 8 dealers who watched this video.. .

  • A huge thank you LEAP and Google! This was one of the greatest presentation I've ever seen! Very interesting and informative 70 minutes!!

  • Drug prohibition is just a way to keep prices high and so that the wealthy elites that really run the show can also keep a monopoly on the business. They use cops to bust the little people dealing and using as a distraction and money maker mostly, but the fact is this, prohibition is not about keeping drugs down or keeping neighborhoods safe because if that was what prohibition was about the numbers on drug use and selling wouldn't be going up but there are more drugs than ever out there.

  • thing is that the stupid war on drugs got to other country's as well in the 1930 like mine-in which country i might add we dont poses the intelligence to figure out what is good for our community and rethink this stupid bullshit

  • he just had to be black...

  • we as america need to completely wipe clean our political syste and judicial systems and start anew casey anthony walks free and im payin with my own life to smoke some weed.. where is the sence in it all

  • Hey johnie. I hope you're joking...

This is "suppose" to be a free country (in other words--a country where you can do what you wanna do)....you sound like a totalitarian dictator......

  • Stop with the liberal weenie POV. This is not a country where you get to do what you want to do. We are building more lockups and they are going to be run by private companies, so we'll have lots of room for you losers.

  • @jonnylingerie i smoke weed a few times a week and it doesnt bother anyone why the fuck should I be locked up for that??? and wtf does liberals have to do with it?? you think all drug users and ppl who support free choice are liberals??? wtf is your problem?? you think your country was founded with drug laws, drug legalization is a conservative idea if you believe in what your country was founded on. your definitly the loser here, thinking you know better than everybody.

  • @jonnylingerie Technically, it should be conservative. I do find it ironic that the conservatives who are so into small government want the government to lock up people who do things only to their own body. And to add to that, they're fine with cigarettes and alcohol being legal. Wait... please tell me you support that? Because banning those as well would make you a big government crazy.

  • @jonnylingerie Are you trolling or a conservatard? I honestly cannot tell. Fucking fascist piece of shit.

  • @SulfuricAcidChugger well i'm quite a facist myslef, but i am for the legalization.

  • there is a lot of corruption associated with prison privatisation in the US.

  • Honorable mention, When I was a kid I inhaled frequently. That was the point." Obama, "La cucaracha, la cucaracha, Ya no quieres caminar, Porque no tienes,

Porque le falta, Marihuana que fumar." Poncho Vill (rough translation, cockroach you dont wanna walk any more because you need to smoke more weed,) i think lol

  • Heres my three favorite quotes excluding my favorite i just posted are 1) "Hemp is of first necessity to the wealth & protection of the country." Thomas Jefferson 2)We shall, by and by, want a world of hemp more for our own consumption john adams and number 3)There's been no top authority saying what marijuana does to you. I really don't know that much about it. I tried it once but it didn't do anything to me." JOHN WAYNE

  • I love all the WOD supporters who make claims to keep marijuana illegal that are based on the red scare, anti nigger sentiment, and a focus on the mind altering effects and total ignorance to the infinite uses of this magical plant, Does any one know who the first president to openly admitt smoking and inhaling chronic? ITs not obama, its not bush its GEORGE WASHINGTON, in his diarys he speaks of his love for the "Weed", he ironicly was the first president to use the term weed instead of hemp

  • I'm glad this video exists.

  • I know a lot of you won't like my opinion on this but I think that all these deaths in wars and drugs are good because it decreases our surplus population if you haven't noticed our planet can't support the amount of people that are here imagine if we had saved another billion lives or ten billion lives what would be the impact on our planet. How would we feed, employ, house, and support all the people we would save.

  • @fackyoutoobe2 to bad none of the surplus population had a chance to figure that out instead we got you. good thing you drew the lucky straw huh? so how do we feed, employ, house and support you? maybe one of the surplus was a Einstein class intelligence and if he had lived we would be living on the moon. who knows what might have been, besides there are much more efficient cost effective ways to eliminate surplus people see Germany 1939-1942 if you need reference.

  • On the other hand I think our government is going to collapse anyway at the rate we are going threw money so it may be inevitable regardless best bet if you want it just grow it in your house and don't tell anyone

  • @fackyoutoobe2 eliminating prohibition would actually be a large stride in the right direction and might be enough of a institutional change to avert a collapse.

  • I wish we could legalize drugs but our government can't do that it would destroy our economy and push business out of america if we can't have wars we can't get loans and our government will collapse and all of us would have to pay back the debts we owe

  • @fackyoutoobe2 How would legalisation destroy the US economy an push businesses out? If aything, it would boost the economy by a whole new variety of possible businesses.

  • How does the DEA justify there budget now its a sad waste of what few tax dollars that could be better used elsewhere.

  • I don't want gov intervening with my fast-food!!! nor any aspect. it is ur choice take it back!!! prohibition is the main catalyst pushing the elimination of the constitution!!! they r ripping it to shreds bc of a continued drug war.... end all wars

  • ok guys this isn't about arguing whether drugs are good or bad!! personally I believe most street drugs are safer than anything FDA approved these days, but rather that it is a choice.... it should not have gov intervention at all.... mcdonalds makes u fat.... I

  • Sign this, end the war on drugs:

avaaz (dot) org / en / end_ the_ war_ on_ drugs

  • It looks like 8 potheads couldn't click the like button...

    sorry, I just had to.

  • DO LEGALIZE:weed,lsd,shrooms,MDMA

    DO NOT LEGALIZE: heroin,cocaine,meth,etc

    basicly legalize certian drugs

  • @thehacksrule That's dumb, because how are you going to argue that "Prohibition doesn't work one second", then turn around and say "Prohibition works...for SOME drugs"? How are you going to explain that one to hardcore anti-drug warriors? Also who would get to decide which drugs should be illegal, and which ones shouldn't? It's either all or nothing.

By the way MDMA in its chemical structure is very similar to methamphetamine. Care to guess what the "MA" at the end stands for?

  • @LighterOfDewbies: That prohibition doesn't work is a fact. The war on drugs has been failing for decades, there are more drugs on the streets than ever and it's easier for kids to get weed than alcohol. Legalisation and licensing could not possibly be *worse* than the current situation.

"Some" drugs? Sure; start with weed, see how it works, then consider legalising something else. It's not "all or nothing", ten small steps take you further than one big leap.

  • @JCLeSinge Perhaps. But the idea that ALL drugs should be legal is not a radical one. Before 1970 NO drug law, besides the one outlawing Marijuana and alcohol Prohibition, had ever existed. And before Alcohol was banned in 1920, no Prohibitive law had ever existed in America. A lot of people act like the idea of legalizing all drugs is "radical" but in reality, we would only be going back to the way we were a few decades ago.

  • @JCLeSinge And if you're going to use the "Prohibition doesn't work" argument to support legalizing pot, like many [rightly] do, then it does have to be all or nothing or you end up contradicting yourself. Prohibition never works, regardless of the drug. If you're going to say pot should be legalized because Prohibition doesn't work but then say other drugs such as cocaine and heroin should remain illegal despite the fact, anti-drug Nazis will call you out on your hypocrisy.

  • @LighterOfDewbies

just because the chemical formula is similar doesn't mean the effects are. psuedoephedrine and methamphetamine are only one atom different. However, I do agree. You can't say make some drugs legal and some not.

  • @iameatingjam True, but MDMA also has many of the same effects as methamphetamine. Bruxism, increased heart rate, and each destroys a different pleasure receptor in the brain. MDMA destroys serotonin receptors and meth destroys dopamine receptors.

  • @LighterOfDewbies are you retarded?

  • @halcncod Apparently you are

  • @LighterOfDewbies

Trust me I know, I have personal experience with both. MDMA is a pitiful joke in comparison to meth. Maybe to an inexperienced user the effects may feel similar but they are very different. Dopamine plays a more vital role in the brain (reward, fight or flight, memory), which has much more deeprooted effects. On speed you can stay high for days, on mdma maybe 5 hours max even if you redose multiple times. MDMA is impossible to get addicted to, meth it is very habit forming.

  • @iameatingjam Of course, I didn't say they were "exactly" the same. I have never tried either but I've had friend who have done both, and I know MDMA is not habit forming. But there are still some similarities. And both can have negative effects. I know one friend who took MDMA only a few times and claimed that one use left her depressed for a month. I'm not one of those foaming-at-the-mouth anti-drug people, but I'm realistic enough to know not all drugs are good.

  • if ppl are street racing they are breaking the law weather it be by one mile over the speed limit or 100mph over, if a drug user is using 1mg or 100mg they are still buying they are still using and people are still pushing, weather it be cut once or just full out stomped on, its still going to happen and its still going to progress... its part of the shadow government population controll, no matter what u do or the users n pushers do the shadow ops are one step ahead. its conspriacy

  • politicians are making to much money from drugs

  • Only thing that should be legal is MARIJUANA! Why you ask? Well you dont see people high killing others while driving, or fighting for no reason, blacking out doing stupid shit, or abusing children while high.

  • But the petrophacudical drug pushers can advertise on TV. ALL THE TIME.

  • There is no war on drugs, there is just a war on people. We jail addicts, when they should have treatment. We throw money at this and the only people that benefit are the people receiving the money. This is an old plan, but what people don't really see is that the Prison population has gone up and up. That is in fact our new industry in America, JAIL! A prison may spend 6k a yr on up keep of a Prisoner, but take in 40k to house him or her, very profitable.....very profitable.

  • @nagone11 Don't forget that more US citizens are incarcerated for drugs than anything else. Most these prisons are privately owned, and traded on the stock market, where more prisoners means higher stock values. Coincidentally, the people who make the laws are essentially the people who own these prisons, despite the conflict. A chess game for the elite.

  • @AndrewKH85 It is also why people get such long sentences for relatively small amount of drugs. The longer one stays, the more money the Prison takes in on that prisoner. A very evil game, and certain populations are targeted for this. Mainly the black and latino populations, so the racial element also comes in. There is more heroin flowing in the American Suburbs than Kabul Afghanistan and almost no arrests at all!! This is some real evil shit goin' down, and people need to say something.

  • Sell everything over the counter, make it ALL legal and reap the tax and job creation. Prohibition proved that just because something is legal doesnt mean it will create more addicts/alcoholics,so dont use that argument. It is time to end the drug war...for good.

  • 2peace2b the drug war must end!

  • Wow, arrest people for drugs, then take away their right to vote about drug laws... real classy.

  • So it seems that tons of people are slowly realizing the war on drugs is a failure. This is old news. So why is our government still continuing the drug war?

  • People dont be fooled pot doesnt make you smarter or more creative. Did you ever hear a burn out laugh they sound demented. Look at some statistics on who makes more money sober people or pot heads. I can say with confidence the pothead will almost always make less. Do you think Steve Jobs or Bill Gates is catching a buzz. I know myself when I smoked pot I really didnt care about anything thats what pot does it makes you numb and dumb. I make alot more money now and in general my life is alot b

  • @egamer28 so every body should do like you ?

  • @Acrimonator No thats my point. My point is to just state the truth because there seems to be alot of fiction in the comments section.

  • im sorry but i cant sit through a video longer than 10 minutes

  • war on drugs is a failure.. the destruction of colombia and more than a million people imprisoned prove it

  • Wow lame

  • 70 times the tar? Lol

Every time I hear that retarded DARE figure, they've boosted the numbers higher.

DARE used to claim 5 times more tar.

Also, who gets to pick how big the tested joint is? Who gets to pick what paper it's wrapped in? Try explaining how a bong hit is bad for you.

  • black people get arrested for it because they deal in the shitty ghetto places, white drug dealers live in the burbs. maybe black dealers should get smarter and not get caught....

  • I don't care which view you subscribe to, but i'm not one to enjoy being manipulated by fuzzy use of statistics. The first stats he gives is based on what source? What population does it stand for (its assumed the US, but without it explicitly said, they can use it for anything)? He compares the stats from 1970 with 1914, assuming its true, what about all of the other years in between them? Its suggested its flat all the way through. It could easily have a dip in that year, hence the choice.

  • Weed's bad for you?.....hahaha....how about oil spills, nuke testing, factories, cars and trucks, forest fires. Weed not looking that bad for me in the long run. Legalize the shit, sell it publicly. Draw the drug cartels out of their murdering cocaine wars, and let them grow, and distribute weed legally. You americans are running fuckin backwards circles in your drug wars. WAKE UP, IT AIN'T WORKING. Way too many authourity figures there don't have a fuckin clue, including your government.

  • how can tobacco be legal but weed which is not bad for u at all be illegal because those rich mother fuckers want it for themselves and just have another excuse to put a nigga in jail. bilderburg, government CIA FBI rockerfeller freemasons illumanati. one world government starts wth pointless laws so they take away our free"doom" they already took away our freedom of speech rights

  • @15Justdoit

I'm for legalizing every drug you can think of, but it is false to say marijuana is not bad for you. Marijuana contains a lot more tar (about 70 times if I recall correctly) then an average cigarette. Tar, mind you is the substance in cigarettes that causes lung metaplasia and eventually lungcancer, along with heart disease etc. The only reason we don't see this is clinics by weed is because it isn't smoke by 15 joints per day or so, as are cigarettes.

  • @15Justdoit

So technically, it is false to say weed isn't bad for you. Weed is a lot more harmful to your body than a cigarette, but it is simply smoked less on average. If you smoke a spliff, you also have your nice dosage of addictive nicotine with that elevated tar on top of the effects on the CNS of course (though the latter is also seen in alcohol end caffeine).

Again, legalize it all if it were up to me.

  • Drugs were used in the late 20th century to put AfricanAmer male in jail for sellin it b/c they hav no other option b/c they didnt get fair education so u cudnt get fair jobs, fair pay and so on bla bla. Y police so worried about thrown a black man in jail for drug charges for a year while a white man jus murdered a child nd he gets a year. a whit man has drugs he gets6mnths or misdemeanor. smh plz this shit waz set up u kno how many black ppl are in jail for tht shit

  • Those who say marijuana is better than normal tobbaco are idiots marijuana is the most used drug in the world and yet more people die from alcahol and tobbaco just face the facts go against the goverment and legalise weed

  • Other things pushed by the globalists that have also failed, past and present:

    1.)Corporal Punishment{beatings, not spankings.}

    2.)Segregation/Jim Crow/Anti-'miscegenation' laws

    3.)'Anti-Communism'

    4.)Alcohol Prohibition

5.)Total gun control laws where weapons are confiscated instead of weapon usage & ownership being reasonably regulated.

I could bring up more examples, really, but these are a few of the more obvious ones.

  • Interesting video

your watcher may also like a video

(Biggest Weed farm in Kansas Ever)

  • Prohibition is big business. Can you imagine leaving intelligent, well meaning people to do as they see fit?

  • @yankeepedaler Potheads intelligent?

    Good joke

  • @Sneezlebob it has been known to make people more creative. and promotes the growth of new brain cells.

alcohol on the other hand will dull your brain and your senses. look at any alcoholic. as the video said we dint want people to take drugs. but if they are going to maby they should use the safer ones instead of being forced into taking the most dangerous and addictive ones just because they are legal

  • @plonker383 pot doesnt make people more creative, and unlike you said, it deteriorates brain cells to the point of their elimination. ALSO, brain cells don't renovate, so you can't promote that

  • @smeagol1414 Haha....wow you're retarded. According to the study in rats, a super-potent synthetic version of the cannabinoid compound found in marijuana can reduce depression and anxiety when taken over an extended period of time. This mood boost seems to be the result of the drug's ability to promote the growth of new brain cells, something no other addictive drug appears able to do, the researchers say.

Do yourself a favor before looking like a complete dumbass and do your research.

  • @smeagol1414 Im sorry, but that just simply isn't true.

  • @Sneezlebob Sir Richard Branson uses cannabis.

  • @gerardrbain1972 he is also dyslexic and i think that gives him consideral advantage in the feild he is in.

  • @yankeepedaler Yeah, stupid motherfuckers wouldn't have a shot running for offices.

  • @yankeepedaler Don't hold your breath the DEA needs more funding so Czar Obummer Hussein Obomber will make sure they get cooler shit to raid American homes then I had in Iraq or Afghanistan. Game is rigged bro...

  • @yankeepedaler god no that might start a new renaissance.

  • we should legalize all the drugs that are direct dirivitives from naturally occuring plants.

  • 1 hour? lol come on

  • LOLOLOL OMFG, that some folks still think a war on anything works, dumb asses!

  • @Sapphicastra : i feel ur frustration friend. even while im tripping now lol

  • well said, very good points, though no mention of the fundamental crime committed by prohibition which is freedom of choice

  • The drug war is a huge success ! Ban Ki Moon UN admitted drug money "saved the economy"Wells Fargo and Wachovia laundered billions of Mex cartel$

for example Dirty money built the privatized mercenary armies, and the private prisons. It works great ! You think mercenaries fight for peace to end the gravy train? Alcohol prohibition corrupted only 14 yrs. This gem was created by Klaus Barbie and his "Merchants of Death"

The DW works like a CHARM ! Undocumented cash to buy ANYONE you want.

    Sweeet !

  • Is this Thunderf00t?

    Thought so.

  • I wonder how many of those little spoiled fucking brats who grew up in comfortable middle class house holds who work at google now have had their lives ruined by drug dealers or drug users. I say EXECUTE ALL DRUG DEALERS and rehabilitate all drug users or pay the consequences.

  • @ThunderAppeal How fascist do you want to be? Please tell me you are trolling..

  • @ThunderAppeal You're an uneducated moron.

  • @limoguy333 Go fucking play with your yo-yo you little fag.

  • @ThunderAppeal You obviously don't have any basis for a rational argument since you've been reduced to throwing out insults. You sir, are a coward. Grow up. Intellect isn't a bad thing, you know...

  • @limoguy333 No, you fucking child I have the unfortunate experience of having seen first hand the destruction that drugs cause. So kindly fuck off you stupid child.

  • @ThunderAppeal and I have seen firsthand the effects that alcohol can have on families. Do I think alcohol should be illegal?, hell no! If people want to fuck their own bodies up that's there own choice. NOT the governments.

  • @ThunderAppeal and just look at Portugal in recent years. They decriminalized all drugs (yes heroin included), and drug use in every category dropped. That's reason alone to end the drug war. and all "drug dealers should be executed"?! give me a fucking break. I bought a drug today (caffeine in a pepsi I bought at a gas station)...do I think the employees of the gas station should be executed? no! So why should dealers of less harmful substances (i.e. pot) be executed, that's just silly.

  • @ThunderAppeal You don't care about rationality. All you care about is whining the loudest until everyone (who are actually intelligent) get's annoyed and decides to not waste their time by arguing with ignorant people like yourself, and then you actually think you're intellectually superior to others, don't you?! Well, you aren't intellectually superior. I know plenty of people far older and wiser than you are that aren't brainwashed demagogues like yourself.

  • @ThunderAppeal and seriously "fuck off you stupid child"? You seriously don't act your age you hateful piece of shit.

  • @ThunderAppeal Wow, now you're just making yourself look like the fag.

Go watch Fox News brainwashed idiot.

  • What a bunch of fucking douche bags at google. YOU FUCKING SCUM BAGS SHOULD STICK TO COMPUTERS.

  • @ThunderAppeal "Google are scumbags" why do you feel this way? It it because they're presenting statistics and evidence that are contrary to YOUR morals? Seems pretty narrow-minded, doesn't it?

On your profile you say you "love peace", but you're preaching hate and trying to use some moronic excuse to justify it...hmmmm, I can't fathom what makes people like you tick. Are the concepts of logic and rationale completely foreign to you, or do you really feel that everything YOU think is THE truth?

  • Hey, we got to fund top secret black ops and secret societies around the world somehow don't we.

  • A million thumbs up from me!!!! This is the ONLY solution for the problem. And I cannot see why some people battle to see this. Maybe it's an indication of a level of intelligence, I don't know. But it seems to be the case. Stupidity perpetuates stupidity.

  • @Domzdream Before you talk about levels of intelligence you should work hard to raise up your own IQ dick head.

You have no fucking clue what youre talking about you worthless fucking junkie shit.

  • @ThunderAppeal

no. Actually. I havent had the time to have ANY weed in thelast 8 years or so. Unfortunately. I should change that. I think New Year's party will be extra fun. And what's with the aggression, cubcake?

I think YOU should try to smoke some spliff, and chill the hell out, hey?

  • A million thumbs up from me!!!! This is the ONLY solution for the problem. And I cannot see why some people battle to see this.

  • This is an important clip which I think ALL people should see.

  • Legalise soft drugs like weed, 'shrooms, pills, mephadrone, and all will be fine. The government is literally filled with idiots, or old people who's judgements are behind the current times and shouldnt be in employed where important decisions like these need to take place.

  • I love his mentioning of the disenfranchisement or disparity between the incarceration rate with Blacks and Whites, without harking on the situation, but showing and mentioning it...

  • No point arguing about the numbers, anyone in-touch with reality knows that the U.S. locks up more people on victimless "I like to get high" charges than most of the world, and spends all of our money doing it. Making it illegal to have sex will not make everyone abstinent. Making it illegal to smoke MJ will not stop it from being used

Why? Because people understand bullshit when they hear it. There's no reason for pot to be illegal. Period. Prohibition got repealed and booze is way more deadly

  • @HotnessTim Yeah, thats fucking bullshit and youre a fucking brainwashed dipshit. Dealers like to use the 'I like to get high' defense to cover their own worthless hides.

  • I have been an addict for 25 years-when I was prescribed MORPHINE I was a full time career-now I am on METHADONE (more addeictive more toxic and less sustaining than HEROIN)-I have seen many DIE with no need-there is no reason an addict on a stable clean dose cannot contribute-instead of freeing the SLAVES William Wilberforce would have been too busy trying to score opium. END THIS EVIL WAR on DRUG USE NOW!

  • @MrChrisHermes Youre fucking retarded. This speaker talks about maintenance doses the same thing you rail against. Youre a fucking half wit who has rather unfortunately wasted your life away.

  • @ThunderAppeal A maintainanance dose of methadone is WORSE than HEROIN-it is more addictive, more toxic and less stabilising. Let the addict maintain themselves-if they die-such is life-I been a junky for 30 years and never been busted or OD'd-common sense is needed, not the same unworkable shit.

  • not a good speaker but his mission deserves support

  • 3 drug dealers thumbed down this video LOL!

  • Nothing new for me.

Unbelievable that the mainstream brainwashed masses still haven't got it.

  • @llothar68 You have clearly not had your live ruined by a drug dealer or drug user. Please fuck off.

  • @llothar68 I disagree that we should legalize all drugs. I agree with regulation.. I think the tobacco companies are not selling their drugs responsibly, I think they should pay (more than they do) for assisting the murder of a city every year. I don't think they should be a billion dollar companies.. I think companies that promote healthy things should be the billionaires. But this world is hell, it is upside down.

  • @llothar68 True just tried to explain it to my folks and sister again and they still think the Government regulating natural substances is good.

  • @llothar68 They never will because the television guides opinion my friend, and people are plain stupid.

  • great speakers

  • I'm only 18 minutes in, but 46% of the US population is drug users in 2003?!? Perhaps I'm just sheltered, but that number seems way too high. If you said people who had tried drugs at least once, sure (even higher than that, I would believe), but using illegal drugs on an ongoing basis..?

  • @MatroidX After googling the stats, I'm pretty sure this number is just one-time (or more) `drug users'.

btw, "89% increase" which he says at 20:39 is not a correct interpretation of the data he's presenting... it shows that 89% of marijuana arrests are possession charges. It was around 80-85% in the earlier years he lists, so I'm not sure what point this number is making. Perhaps that more arrests are for possession than trafficking? The shift is pretty minor though, and went +-5% earlier.

  • @MatroidX I'd also say "stop switching from absolute numbers to % population"... only % population really matters, and the former is very misleading (e.g. if number of arrests quadrupled over time period where population doubled, then really the arrest rate doubled). It's also weird because he does it for some stats and not others...

  • Damn straight!

  • The argument could be made for the legalization "soft" drugs like pot, but I do not think that these people can guarantee anything concerning the consequences of legalising it. It's incredibly risky, despite all their experience and theories. Holland is an example of legalization working, afaik, but it may not work in other countries, due to cultural differences.

  • @butterwings77 Its not legal in all of holland, there are restrictions. Get your facts straight.

  • @ThunderAppeal: take a chill pill, dude. We're not your enemies.

  • I get that legalizing drugs will make things easier for the police, and make things harder for the criminals...But all drugs have been legal at some point, and there's a reason why drugs become illegal - People can't control their use of it, and then people die, or worse. They can't even control it when access to drugs are limited by the law (as it is now). Opium was legal once - then drug epidemics made it clear that opium should not be legal.

  • there's a series of programmes about this called 'Our Drugs War' that's on youtube and 4od atm

  • There's a war between two lifestyles, and the people on drugs are winning it.

  • Really interesting presentation. American war against drugs really looks - from (my) foreign point of view - like cooperation between government and drug mafia to keep prices high enough.

  • War on drugs has not failed it's working rather well...Your all getting paid..Hold on somebody spilled baking soda on my crack...

  • While probably for a good cause, Neill is a rather bad speaker, especially for an organization that tries to play PR. He doesn't seem to be prepared, and the presentation is rather hazy.

  • @timlandscheidt Instead of focusing on his presentation, you should focus on his point, cause I think it's a very good one.

  • @jerneje No illegal drugs no need for cops. It's like resses peanut butter cups.

  • wow this is a good lecture. Sorry for the facetiousness.

  • @timlandscheidt I thought his presentation was pretty clear... not the best by any means but he got his point
