why shoul pujols be mvp over howard he wasnt good enough to go to the post season howard carried his team and pujols only had better average than howard plus howard played in all 162 games adding to the already longest game playing streak

ask yourself the same question for 2006, pujols won the mvp in 2005 and in 2006 he won the world series, ryan howard went nowhere that year and won the mvp, the mvp is supposed to be limited to the 162 game year, i don't get to vote just my opinion.

I see what ur saying but even though howard did win that mvp doesnt mean that it is a total ecxeption to going to the post season. making the playoffs still play a huge roll in votes i know they dont count the actual playoff games
