its a harmonic from a near by cb/ham transmission as the station is asking another one to qsy to another frequency. and as he refers to his call as 26 division it will be a cb operator dx ing. great little vid actually

The Freq is not correct or it could be a SSB Signal and u have it on AM

Not aliens. It's Amateur radio station WB9Z in Illinois, calling QRZ and exchanging signal reports on 40 meters. Some broadcast interference mixed-in near the end.
