why fish a 4 oz lead then if you are not casting long long range and to snap one of these rods and LOL you reckon you saw 6 snap 3 1/2 tc rods on the same day, bull shit but to snap one with a 4 oz lead they must have been casting hard, therefore long distance therefore making your comment aload of cock and bull.

They were casting aroud 100 yards, if you use less than 4oz the current carries them downstream. I Guenuinely saw the guys break THREE of the SIX rods they had with them over a one week period. Why should I lie, as a tackle dealer I am simply advising what I saw.

The Video looks impressive but ive just returned from The St Lawrence River and saw THREE out of SIX brand new 3 1/2lb Outkasts blow up casting 4oz weights (and the anglers were not casting extreme range).

Lets just say that I wont be recommending or selling them in my shop anymore.

The video above shows a light specimen rod which are thinner than a carp rodv and would be expected to bend like that anyway.

it really is the chub outkast, when rods are tested (whatever the brand is) they always use more eyes in most of the tests. but i'm not sure for what reason they do that.
