I hope the teacher gets off. These kids are uncontrolable. I say, make parents pay extra tax to send their kids to school. Put video cams in the classes. Make parents watch what their kids are getting up to. Let them see their kids sodding about in the classroom instead of getting value for money..!! There is only a limit to how much a person can take; i remmeber my school days - at 14 people were pretty rough, i remmeber a student in my class pretty much attacking a teachar at 13 !

it sounds like the teacher went to far, but ffs the little bastard went and said "why don't you fuck off and have another stroke." to an old man who was recovering from a stroke. if someone said that to my father i think i would tear their head off even if they were just a kid... school kids think they can say and do whatever they like to teachers without any repercussions. i'm glad that in this case the smarmy little shit found out differently.

This case is now sub-judice and I'm amazed that comments are allowed directly relating to it. However, disregarding this case and as a general comment about the complete lack of punishment in many schools today I can say this would never have happened at one time when there was effective punishment and good discipline. I'm amazed that so many teachers remain relatively cool in the midst of some obnoxious children (and their parents) that exist today.
