if Im nailing 2 sides together, 1 5/8 nails, if im nailing double baffles together or nailing 45s in corners, i will use 1 1/4 since the 1 5/8 will come out the other side.
Man I still can't believe you're gonna throw that much power at a sub rated for 2500 RMS. The bolts as speaker terminals will give ya some rise along with it being a pretty big box so that should help.drop the amount of power being sent to the sub. Are you going to clamp the amps? Have ya ever played with kerfs before? Definitely lookin forward to your next vid sir! LIKED!
can´t great because the blue Leds not impresive whit this colour. If i made me the box i painted interior in White. The light whit the blue leds can be more Impresivve.

The resistance from the bolts is minimal. 0.03 ohms from 1 side to the other. Ive never had no issues using them yet. :D
And the SMD woofer is rated at 3500rms, not 2500 :D
As for the box size, its not that big.. The shipping container from the woofer barly fits inside of the box, watch the last part of video # 3. :p

bolts are for the speaker terminals, the terminal cup is for the 12volt leds inside.

white boxes on the inside are played out. Just about everyone does white.
the color of the paint is not to make it brighter by any means, and the LEDs are to highlight the woofer, not the inside of the box.

they are 6by8s, and ported, tuned in the low 30s, they slame for being four 6by8s.
