  • I love how Golion (Voltron), some of the transformers, and Macross (robotech) toys were diecast in the 80s! As cool as the animes were back in the days as kids, re-watching them now as an adult is painful, due to all the cheesiness. For me, Macross was the only anime I could tolerate. I also went as far as purchasing a bunch of Yamato v2 macross VF-1 Valkyries. I tried motivating myself to get Golion and Transformers toys, but was turned off by the cheesy anime...

  • i remember there was this all black voltron and the loins where slim and techno looking

  • Fuck! i miss that show!! I used to watch it everyday. But i was never lucky enough to get the Robots. Well i got two parts of it, and i think it was the black tiger and the yellow one, from a friend. :/ I still want it now, and i'm 20 years old. xD

  • I had the Voltron robot before but idk where it is now

  • I have the same one from Japan with all the weapons, none damaged. in excellent condition, In original box but the box is in bad condition. ( taped up for moving) Do you have any idea of value and is there a demand for this? Thanks!

  • @lorwade shoot me a picture to see more. edward_t28 at yahoo dot com

  • I don't know why such an old toy like this (if it's not the Trendmasters version of Voltron) could look so clean as if it was MISB for 15+ years.

  • looks like its age well. look at the jaws of red lion! i

  • Just had a question, i know this is the bandai version golion, but i bought a lionbot and it has the the gb-36 made in japan stickers on them, it even shows the stickers on the instruction manual, is there a distinctive way to tell them apart

  • awesome nice job when i was a kid i always wanted that toy T_T

  • Let's Go-Lion !! I like this one for the lions weapons . The U.S./Toynami version doesn't have the Lion blades , rocket launchers and the Joulkin (Sword) is sculpted different.

I like the turntable you used.

  • Thanks man. The turntable makes it show in all its colors...good to hear the feedback.

  • thats the stuff!
