I hate to break it to you, but you really didn't have to dink the record. I have a Statesman jukebox with the same record changer (only it's blue in mine) and I know how the speed changer works. All you had to do was take out the lead to the solenoid which changes the speed. This would only not work if you had other 33 RPM records in there. Otherwise, it would've been simpler, and you wouldn't have had to mess up the record.
no the seeburg was built in to the house 15 years ago and the wurlitzer is in the basement to play my songs on The seeburg is loaded with all old time country eps for my parents to use and has 3 wallboxes on it and 3 more extras.
put record on turntable put 45 adapter on top and trace with razer knife then flipped and do other side turn the turntable by hand and hold knife still
It is a Pfanstiehl Diamond. I got two brand new off ebay from needledude1. 6.95 plus 2.00 shipping The astatic uses the same package but the plastic would be red
ONE BRAND NEW PFANSTIEHL DIAMOND REPLACEMENT NEEDLE FOR WURLITZER JUKEBOXES.
when you stated "Yes I had to dink the record sorry" did you englarged the center hole on record because i noticed some newer 45's have the small center holes?
It is a uk import I think Got them at Hot Topic in the mall in the uk all records have the small hole so they have to be drilled if you have a 2 speed jukebox over there they disable the "autospeed unit" this one is a mechanical trip type pushing down on the 45 adapter moves the belt to a smaller wheel
That one you got is a beautiful model.
