1.You obviously suck at stealth/action adventure games.

Unlike Halo, in which the objective is to shoot at pretty much every enemy, the MGS games focus more on getting AROUND the enemies, and if you're good enough, you can even get past them without even stunning them. You could engage in gunfights, only thing is, you only have a limited amount of ammo, so if you are going to go trigger-happy, make every shot count.

Halo is bad. Its fun for about 10 minutes online then, the 5 year old's take over and play Infection OVER and OVER. MGS is real fun.

Well in many ways it is better. But then again they are two completely different types of game. Halo is for more of a hardcore/tweaker online player. I don't know why so many people think its full of 5 year olds. It really isn't unless you play custom games all day. Most of the time I quit playing because people are just too damn good and spend all day, everyday, playing Halo. It's not fun losing to people who have no lives over and over again.

Yeah, i always thought that would be awesome, if they would remake Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, and 3; and Metal Gear 1, and 2 for the PS3 with the same gameplay as MGS 4...also it would be cool if they made Peace Walker for PS3 as well.

in advent palace you should leave all the claymores there, especially on BBE because the frogs run over them and get owned and is a big help

OK, so it does draw attention as it's in the middle of the screen most of the time, but you could simply try to looking at the sorroundings more intently (you're in a warzone after all, the surroundings are your primary concern) instead of letting your stare wander over an old man's butt. Maybe choosing a harder mode would help!

how do you get passed the laser beams? Someone told me there was a secret weapon if you can get in there before starting the frog mission

You can't get past the laser beams until after the cutscene where Akiba disables them. And like I said in the walkthrough, you can then jump over the hole to get some items. It's just a secret area.
