Doubt you need a realy for LEDS they suck such little power but those back ones I am yet going to get : P 18 WATT's : P

The first one is the camera (pushing the button to start recording) and the others are a relay. The lights on the truck were hooked up to the remote on the alarm system, so you are simply hearing the relay click on and off.

@GEN7V6PILOT Cant you really tell. That is the On/off switch he is using to control how many LED he wants to be On/off or just completely shut it down.
