I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
LMAO! LET'S ALL BREATHE OUR WAY TO FITNESS! What bullshit is this. These people are not qualified to be giving advice on this subject. NOTHING can replace a decent, balanced and fatiguing ab routine. 30 minutes of focused repetitions done slowly, with a contraction at the "top" of the exercise. 3 exercises, one after the other with rest between them, done three times every other day. Explosive results will follow when paired with cardio and a good diet.
Did you know for people who are fat young or old what most of you did not know is when your skin is stretched to an extent where you see yourself looking in the mirror at your fat belly it's too late to get in shape. But that doesn't mean you can't exercise the downside is no matter how many reps of exercise, diet you do or equipment you use still nothing much change only liposuction or real HGH steroids is the only way but majority in this world not advised to take it because it's risky.
I don't know why anyone would follow a nutrition program that isn't customized to their body type. Anyone who wants to lose weight should be following the "Fat Loss Customized" program..

@ParaParaQueen101 actually this video is only half correct but what theyre trying to do is develop the deeper stomach muscles underneath your abs to bring your stomach in from when its "hanging out" there's an easy breathing excercise old bodybuilders used to do to get there stomach to go in and look a lot thinner, just look it up online.

@ParaParaQueen101 they're called stomach vaccums, a lot of fitness experts use these in their workouts, it targets ab muscles that are rarely worked. It does work, but not just by itself.

This is the stomach vacuum used by bodybuilders and works great. What wasn't mentioned and is important is that you should do this on an empty stomach. Also, don't hold your breath. If you do, your blood pressure could go up. As to how often you can work the abs - you can work them more often than you do others muscles. This particular exercise can be done daily according to Charles Atlas.

@mybrownb A personal trainer told me that people can work their abs everyday because the ab muscles recover very quickly. For other group muscles you do have to let them rest for a period or 24hrs. You also have to do cardio to burn the fat.
