Tips to Using Task Manager in PC

hey i am on my laptop and i have a program that i like to close but i can't do anything because for some reason it won't let me close it

now when i click task manager my thing that come up is way different that your's.

i don't know what to do my task manager only say the name of my computer and under it say "disconnect" and "logoff"

now i thought your video might help but than it did not so please help me
