@chrisstevensjunior You cant sing exactly like someone, everyone's voice has there own touches. But you listen to there techniques. Like they have a lot of vibrato in there voices, which you can work on, and how they sing it will help.

@ifisas its because at the beginning of For Good, Elphaba sings "Unlimited, just look at me, unlimited, and just look and you, you can do all I couldn't do, Glinda... (etc)". At that point at the very beginning, they probably meant to refer a bit to defying gravity - as it has similar lyrics. All in all, it was obviously meant to remind you of For Good and visa versa, it was the way it was written.

However, on the same weekend, I also saw Billy Elliot, Jersey Boys and Phantom of the Opera.

Phantom topped them all, then Jersey Boys, but Wicked trumped Billy Elliot, which means alot, since I'm quite the Broadway Musical Connoisseur.
