Teddy is Remus and Tonks' child from DH. They both died in DH but in this vid, Tonks lives instead. Hope this helps.

OMG! I cried. It was beautiful. I love it. Remus and Tonks have always been a fav of mine and during most of DH I hated Remus for what he was doing but it nearly broke my heart when they were killed in the end! I might have to skip that part when I reread the book.
