@theloveiscomplete - if you were to read the book by Margaret Maldonado, the mother of Jermaine's 2 other kids, Michael paid for all of the family's expenses through Katherine even if he was no longer living with them in Hayvenhurst. He paid for the family home's mortgage, food, salaries of all the staff, even his nephew's and nieces' schooling. So it is probably understood that the the money he left for Katherine will continue to provide for his siblings and their families as well.
